Best Impressions was started in December 2025 by Fazeel Abdul Aziz, after nine years of leading groups for other companies. Guests travel with us because they trust him, so nothing is left to chance.
We go first, every time
Fazeel visits each destination himself and checks the hotels, roads, food stops and timings. If it isn't right for our guests, it isn't in the itinerary.
The specialities others skip
Time for the Daroji bear safari in Hampi, the toy train on Darjeeling's original heritage line instead of the town loop, and both Tiger's Nest and Chele La in Bhutan.
Comfort you can feel at every age
Innova Crysta and comfortable coaches, never cramped vehicles. Seats rotate every day so no one is stuck at the back. Good hotels wherever they exist, clean homestays where they are the better choice.

Will I be stuck in the same seat every day?
No. Seats rotate every day, so everyone gets the front and the window views. If you need a fixed seat, the office can arrange one for an extra charge.
What vehicles do you use?
Innova Crysta cars, Toyota Coaster buses in Bhutan and a Tempo Traveller in Spiti. We never use cramped vehicles that are hard on older guests.
I can't manage the Tiger's Nest climb. Will I miss out?
No. On the Paro day the group splits: trekkers climb to Tiger's Nest, and everyone else drives up to Chele La pass for the views. Both groups meet again in the evening.
Do I need a passport for Bhutan?
Yes. We accept only passport holders for Bhutan, because voter ID has been refused at immigration several times. If you don't have one, tell us when you book and we'll help you apply. Tatkaal passports usually come in about a week.
Are meals included?
It depends on the tour, and we say so up front. For example, Spiti includes breakfast and dinner, and the Gandikota leg has no fixed lunch because the rural route has no restaurant that can serve a full meal.
Is travel insurance included?
On most tours, yes, as our complimentary gift. Claims are made directly with the insurance company. Each tour's details say whether insurance is included.
Will my phone work everywhere?
Mostly. A few places, like Chandratal lake in Spiti, have no mobile network and limited electricity at night. We tell you before you go so your family knows when to expect a call.
How do I confirm my seat?
Pay 50% of the tour price as advance. We book hotels, guides and vehicles only after that, so early confirmation gets the best rooms in the season.
